In its Research and Education Department Bullseye Glass Co. regularly hosts "Artist Exchanges." Visiting artists - often from non-glass media - explore Bullseye's materials and, with assistance from the studio technicians, improvise, innovate and aggravate glass in unheard of methods and unlikely ways.

We call them "Exchanges" rather than residencies, because we expect to get back from the artists new ideas, methods and techniques that we can pass on to the users of our glass.
